She is an adjunct professor at California State University Long Beach, School of Business, and the Director of Learning for the Association for Talent Development in Los Angeles. She has 18 years of experience in business management, organizational behavior, business law, and technology. In addition, she is an international speaker and has served as a presenter and facilitator at numerous conferences and workshop on topics related to business management and leadership, human capital management, entrepreneurship, diversity & inclusion in STEM, and education & technology.

Within her own community, Dr. Jenkins is a community leader for AnitaB.org Women in Technology Los Angeles and a tech industry advisor for WiSTEM Los Angeles Mentoring Program and Wonder Women Tech.
